'A young man anxious about treatment finally plucked up courage to transform his smile in the most spectacular way. A difficult reconstruction case involving deep cleaning, extractions, root canal treatment, six dental implants, crowns, zoom whitening.'

Eva was referred to the practice as she had recently lost her lower anterior teeth. Numerous dentures had been constructed in the past for Eva but due to the lack of the lower ridge height her dentures were very loose and unstable. This affected her facial appearance and more importantly ability to eat properly.

We elected to place the narrowest mini implants available in the limited bone.

The placement of the mini implants took 20 minutes under a local anaesthetic.

Our excellent clinical technician, David spent considerable time ensuring the denture was exactly as Eva requested.

Eva was delighted with the results. 12 months on the denture is very retentive and the mini implants are in excellent health.

This patient had a failed bridge leaving a space of 2 missing teeth. A large single implant was placed and a two unit bridge supported by the implant completes an attractive smile.

This lady had a partial denture for many years and was desperate to have teeth and no denture plate. The treatment was technically difficult as the teeth had been missing for many years. A cone beam ct scan was acquired to aid placement of the implants and achieved the excellent results seen here.
