Tooth Whitening in Stockport Can Bring Some Dazzle to Your Rainy Days

Tooth whitening in Stockport is a very effective form of cosmetic dentistry for stained or discoloured teeth.

How does it work?

The gel used for the treatment is carbamide peroxide, which breaks down to form hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide, itself, is also used for high-strength procedures. Types of procedure

How long does it last?

The stronger treatments can last up to three years, with the over-the-counter treatments lasting, on average, around six months. Factors such as smoking, eating, drinking and brushing habits can affect how successful the treatment is over time. Results can also vary from person to person, as it depends entirely on the shade of teeth beforehand.
